I consider myself a lucky person, a happy person. My work is my hobby. The decision to start a fashion blog wasn’t logical, it was a minute decision, and then came a few weeks of completely reasonable doubts and fears of failure. I overcame the fears by accepting that failure is possible, but fashion blogging is what I want to do, and I will enjoy it as much as I can. Mirabili Vestium is more than a personal style blog – it is almost a diary. Musings about style roll to more personal issues, and I sometimes end up writing a bit more than I intended. I connect with new people, I enjoy their comments. There’s more to fashion blogging than clicks and likes.

Winter’s Tale – Style Inspiration

It’s been a long time since I cooked some yummy inspiration set, and these items seemed just right.

Lightly Layered – Printed Tee, Sleeveless Blazer & Trainers

It always seems that the weather is either too cold or too hot, and a perfectly layered outfit is something you only see in fashion magazines.

Elegant Summer – Sleeveless Blazer, Shorts & Yellow Pumps

By the way, did you notice that weird color combinations look quite alright if you go for pastel hues? Something to remember.

Still Summer – Sundress, Green Bag & Pink Pumps

I love sundresses. They symbolize SUMMER. Hot it may be, but I don’t like to think about winter just yet. I want lightweight sandals, flowing sundresses, bare shoulders, cocktails, long, languid evenings on the beach, I want it all, and I don’t want it to end just yet.

Little Miss Sunshine – Culottes, Peep-Toe Pumps & Sunnies

In her Parisian Chic: A Style Guide, Ines de la Fressange says a word or two against backpacks. A big no-no? Not for me, sorry folks.
